		<description>While your coverage on Silverlight 4 is fantastic, I find the comparisons to Flex somewhat lacking. Lumping in HTML WYSIWYG editors with [Flash] Builder is a very large misstep, and honestly does little to convince me that you have even used Eclipse. Flex is a rich, strongly-typed, compiled front-end solution that is a far cry from DHTML. Flash Builder has intellisense, snippets, debugging, conditional breakpoints, refactoring tools and a (very lacking) design view.</description>
