The Art of Motivation: Autonomy, Purpose, and Mastery

Wow! is the only word I can think of to describe this talk.

Great content, backed up by good research, bringing a conclusion that challenges much of the standard management thinking… delivered in a really engaging way!

I would love to be able to communicate like this.

Dedicate ten minutes of your life to this, you won’t be disappointed.

As you can gather, I thought it was awesome!

What did you think?

  1. I agree, really entertaining but also great content. This kind of thinking is becoming more and more prevalent as we approach ‘the age of transparency’. Don’t do it because you think you might save some money, do it because you care enough to do the right thing. This has become all very obvious in light of situations like BP have found themselves in recently. As was quoted recently in the Freeeevening-standard:
“You know the best way to get the public to respect your brand?
    Have a respectable brand.”
